The approximately 300 permanent FTEs of Waterdrinker mainly focus on purchasing and sales, the logistics process and the management of the activities in the logistics halls and the Cash & Carry.

“If there is a problem, we are immediately on the phone and it must be resolved immediately. And that happens in almost all cases. ” Voskamp hardly has any of its own staff. In addition to Leen and Sjaak, sons Arnold and Peter and a few permanent employees, the greenhouse complex is mainly populated by flex workers: about 20 in the winter, and about 80 in the picking season.
