I. The administrator of personal data is Agencja Pracy Czasowej Axidus International Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Olsztyn, ul. Kołobrzeska 1, 10-442 Olsztyn (Poland), and Agencja Pracy Axipack B.V. based in Capelle aan den Ijssel, Cypresbaan 39 (the Netherlands), acting as a joint controller of personal data.

II. Personal data contained in the candidate's form will be processed in order to carry out the recruitment process. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 section 1 lit. b of the General Data Protection Regulation GDPR, and the relevant provisions of the Labor Code.

III. The data will be made available to employers for the purpose of employment or further stages of recruitment in accordance with the purpose of processing. Data may be disclosed to subcontractors only in the scope of services provided to the data controller.

IV. The data will be stored for the duration of the recruitment process and deleted if you do not start work. In the event of voluntary consent to participate in future recruitment processes, the data will be stored for a period of 365 days.

V. You have the right to:
- withdrawal of consent to data processing at any time, which will result in cessation of data processing for the purpose of recruitment
- access to the content of your data and correct or delete them, as well as the right to transfer them
- lodging a complaint to the supervisory authority
